A Beautiful Day

Today, a better day. Such a beautiful day to me. Received a strawberry ice-cream cake from Mr. Tan, wishing me happy birthday in advance. Thank you so much!

Enjoyed a meal with my family and relatives. Received ang paos from them also, was just a kind of birthday celebration and birthday gifts from them. So sweet of them, treated me like a big child. Hohoho… I’m growing up!

Had my manicure and pedicure in the evening! I tried the new colour instead of sticking at the very red in colour. I was simply in a light-hearted mood after that.

See, I went for good food again with my sis at Kinsahi! Am still busy packing here. Tomorrow early morning, I am leaving for Hong Kong. Shall have a break over there! Can’t wait to have fun!!! Yeah!

S.A.D

I was so tired coming back from Tokyo this morning. Then only I know that my relatives and my lovely grandma were in the house too. I was feeling so bad for disturbing the silence of the daybreak. Everybody was waken up. They woke up with a start when the dog barked and the gate slammed. 5a.m. only I could get into my bed. Had only a few hours light sleep. Whole day, I had many things to do. I had many problems weighing on my mind. My mind was so confused like a tangled skein. A decision on all these was pending. I was terribly upset. What a sad day.

Meeting Up with Friends

Met up with Mini Jason today. He accompanied me to someway at Orchard Road to do some stuff. As normal, he arrived with his customary promptness at Sengkang before we proceeded our route to town. I supposed to make it on time but something had really cropped up at the very last minutes. I was not going to make any explanation. I wouldn’t presume to ask forgiveness from him. I deserved to be scolded by him as I really could find no place to hide myself. He was so fierce to me! After giving me a bad scold this morning, angel him, brought me for good food, though. See, I believe, he is always ‘kind’ to me, kind to EVERYBODY :-p

Was so occupied in meeting up with friends recently. First was the meeting with my Sabah friends before they left JB. The day after Cindy’s wedding, we had a hearty breakfast at Lavender Bistro. Afterwards, two couples then decided to go to the movies while me and another pair went for Singing K. I then received another call from my brother, saying that my relatives (aunt and cousin) were coming to visit us, all the way from Terengganu! No choice but I needed to be back as it had been two years since we last met. I couldn’t extend my hospitality to both sides for long as time forbade me to do so; I was flying off to Perth the next day. Ah! The day was just too short to cramp everything into it! I dislike my schedule to be jam-packed! Really!

After coming back from Perth, I got to know that Doreen is flying off to Tokyo on 29^th this month, which was advanced by many days. By realizing that I have no time to meet her up again if not that night, we quickly arranged to meet up after my few hours rest at Parkway Parade. Looking at her so-so expression on her face, I was glad by believing everything should have arranged smooth and stable at Tokyo.

Good news was brought up that night! Phoebe’s getting married in this coming September! Wow! Things come blissfully, again and again! We shall have fun on this joyful occasion coming up. This pretty Phoebe rejected all her many suitors but now, she is announcing that she is getting married! Congratulations! Promise, I will catch you up soon ok? Haha… (And don’t forget to pray for me!)

Today is the red letter day, Cindy’s wedding day! The night was special and memorable. From their wedding shot, thanked photographer, captured their real moment in the real time. Indeed, a beautiful gown in shades of white denoting the fairy tales. Plus, a selection of elegant accessories is just nice to complement the look as a beautiful bride.



Thank Cindy for her wedding dinner, simultaneously I managed to meet with friends who were actually out of contact for years beyond a certain distance. We all drank a toast to the bride and groom.

Some of my earliest and best memories of growing up are of my childhood friends from Sabah. I couldn’t imagine the prospect of settling down and becoming devoted to her husband in a friend, same age with me.


However, I’m still inclining in laziness and idleness. I’m still taking delight in ensuring certain qualities in my future ideal husband, who fits the bill! Hopefully, I’ll soon catch her up! =)

By looking at her happy smile on the stage, I guess, her dream has come true.

Dinner with Darrian

Got up from a profound sleep, very sweet dream. I was just too tired from a very long drive last night. Plus, there was a heavy rain during the night. Had my dinner with Darrian at LarkThai Restaurant, Changi Airport last night. We decided to have Thai food after much discussion. The food was great. And thank you for the meal!

Darrian is always at his wit's end trying to instil a set of values in me. He was glad that I know my own shortcomings in certain things we meant. I am just incorrigible, so far. Hey, it takes all sorts to make a world, I am just one of the other! Ok... Cheers!

Congrats!

Have just got a call from Doreen, announcing that her application for studying overseas has been approved, finally! I know that she has been making painstaking efforts to learn Japanese language and making loads of efforts to get the chance to pursue her studies at Japan. I really feel happy for her. She was wondering and asking whether I will go Japan to visit her. Hey, what a silly question to ask! Sure I will! See, as what I have done to Miaw Miaw. As promise, I’m going to Hong Kong to meet her up again in two weeks time! Now, for Doreen, think more or less, the bulk of the packing is just started. It’s gonna a constant headache to her these few weeks. My advice, just discard everything and get them all new at Japan! Good idea? haha...

Received these photos from Darrian. Thanks Darrian! He managed to take the photos of our house rented last year. This was the place where Farid, Darrian and I had been staying for the whole year. This was the house we fell in love at the very first sight when we went for house viewing together. We then decided to settle down with our accommodation problem by renting it at an one-year-contract. The owner of the house had really exerted an effort on the design and the renovation of this house, we could feel. Things in this house are mostly made of glass. We had got to be very careful, another word, it’s so stress living here. But, you will definitely agree with me that the house is so pretty! It’s so comfortable living in a nice cosy little house, allowing us to have pleasant bodily relaxation after a hard work day. Time really flies. We left the house with a leaden heart. I must admit that, I was very reluctant to leave the beautiful house.

Well, finding a place to stay could be quite daunting. To look for a place that suits me best – all things considered – and this require a lot of patience, I know. When I was on the hunt, things didn’t go well. Money is really an issue. I really have no idea how to be a little flexible with the pricing. So does a location that will make a difference in the quality of life I’m going to have there.When i was on the hunt, thanks for those who were helping me lots. Thanks for assuring me that things would go well when i thought there's no help for it. I've got a place to stay in the end. I have not yet adapted to the new place, i still need some time to work on it. Shall upload the photos of my new place one day =)

The Life of a Walker Goes On by Flying

Was always imagining if I have a chance to enter such a hulking magic door, would then instantly feel that I am in a completely extraordinary place without having any resemblance with the annoying typical working atmospheres. Forgive me for having this kind of silly notion. If this is real, I shall then experience such a situation that lots of people may envy, differently. No matter how, it doesn't prove best after all, as now, I am still as ordinary as I am.
